Market
Analysis
Evaluate the market to identify market costs and performance
levels for development, construction and rent/occupancy. Site
Selection & Acquisition Determine location, site availability,
and fair market value.
Development Team
Identify and qualify a team ideally suited for your development
including a project director, architects, engineers, a general
contractor and financial sources.
Design
Management
Work with the architects to coordinate the design specific
to the medical specialty. Considerations include physician
access, patient flow, environmental controls, case loads and
staffing requirements to properly support the medical services
you provide.
Construction Cost & Schedule Management
Ensure complete understanding of both owner and developer
expectations for maintaining and delivering the building on-time
and on-budget.
Project Management
Utilize project management and reporting tools to maintain
project status and track milestones. A certified Project Manager
(PMP) is assigned to all projects and is the dedicated account
representative.
Coordination of Financing
Obtain all construction and permanent financing and, if required,
will assist in identifying additional equity sources to meet
project financing needs, including investing as a partner.
Legal Resources
Access to experienced legal resources to ensure the project
ownership structure and all related development transactions
are in compliance with US Healthcare Regulations.

Inland Empire Subacute 
Inland Empire, CA
Meridian Development Group (MDG) is developing
a state of the art facility which will deliver quality health
care to seniors and long-term care patients near a major hospital.
This will be a 105,023 sq. ft., two-story building on nearly
2.5-acre lot and will have 75-beds with sub-acute skilled
nursing.

Silicon Valley Sub-Acute Center 
Northern California
Meridian Development Group (MDG) is constructing
a 4-story, 43,759 sq ft Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This
will be a 59-bed facility, with all private rooms. It offers
general skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, as well
as a 15-bed respiratory subacute w/ ventilators. |
Siskiyou Skilled Nursing Center 
Northern California
Meridian Development Group (MDG) is constructing
a 1-story, 30,000 sq ft Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This
will be a 59 bed facility located on 4 acres of land adjacent
to a well-known medical center. |
ShastaView Nursing 
Weed, CA
The project includes plans to expand the center
to include 56 new subacute beds. This will give Meridian the
only subacute skilled nursing hospital within a 100 mile radius
of Weed, CA.
